St. Augustine This Weekend

Hi, St. Augustine! If you are looking for something to do this weekend, maybe a guided hike through ancient dunes shaded by a maritime hammock. The tour starts at the Anastasia State Park Hilltop Picnic Area at 9 a.m. on Friday, July 21st. Bring your comfy shoes, sunscreen, water and bug spray…and, of course, your camera!

St. Johns County Parks and Rec and the Ancient City Astronomy Club (ACAC) have partnered to offer an educational evening in which participants will learn about the night sky - constellations, star names and more! This free program starts at 8:30 p.m. Friday, July 21st at the St. Johns County Equestrian Center. Registration is required. Call 904-209-0332 for more information.

 If you enjoy classic cars, stop by the Classic Car Museum from 8 to 10 a.m. and relive your dreams over coffee and donuts. This event is free and it is offered the 4th Saturday of every month.

 Also on Saturday, you may want to check out what’s going on at The Tasting Tours Suite…Chef Angela is teaching a Sangria class and you will also enjoy tapas and a great view of the city. Registration is required. Call 904-325-3911 for more information.
